Tatton Community Association is made up up of volunteers, working in partnership with Chorley Council and other community, voluntary and statutory organisations. We are from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and interests, all sharing a common interest in Tatton Community Centre, based on our own experiences as members of the local community.

We have seen the Centre go through many changes over the 35 years since it was built, and are committed to developing and supporting its facilities in the future.

We work as a project team, using our individual skills and energies to achieve joint goals. We make sure that we consult and listen to Centre users and the wider community, and encourage people to get involved in whatever way they can.

Our Mission Statement:

Tatton Community Association aims to provide advice and assistance to the users of Tatton Community Centre and Recreation Ground. The Association will promote further development of the facilities for the mutual benefit of all members of the community.

Our Registered Charity Number is: 1123663

This website was created with the help of a grant from the Big Lottery Awards for All fund.

We are delighted to announce that we have recently been granted further Awards for All funding to improve the facilities in the Centre, including new chairs, lighting and blinds, and a new TV.

These were all in place by the end of September 2011.
